1. Shipping & Delivery

  • How much do you charge for shipping? We offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No hidden fees or minimum purchase is required.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? The total delivery time is estimated at 5 – 8 business days. This includes 2–3 days for handling and quality inspection, followed by 3–5 days for transit.

  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States (USA).

  • Which carriers do you use? We partner with UPS and USPS to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

2. Order Tracking

  • How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Tracking Number. You can use this number on the UPS or USPS website to track your package.

  • Why haven't I received my tracking number yet? Tracking numbers are typically sent within 2–3 business days after the order is placed. If you haven't received yours after 4 business days, please contact us at support@hideculture.com.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Is there a restocking fee? No, we do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

  • How do I return an item? Please email us at support@hideculture.com for return authorization. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item to our Texas facility.

  • Who pays for return shipping?

    • If the product is defective or damaged, we provide a free return label.

    • For change of mind (customer remorse), the customer is responsible for the actual shipping cost.

4. Product Quality

  • Are your products real leather? Yes, at HideCulture, we only use premium, high-quality leather for all our handcrafted jackets and accessories.

  • Where are your products made? Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans and then undergo a strict quality inspection at our facility in Missouri City, Texas, before being shipped to you.

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept major secure payment methods, including PayPal and Venmo.

  • Is my personal information safe? Absolutely. We use SSL encryption to ensure that your personal and payment details are handled securely.
