1. What time do orders need to be placed to ship the same day?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday, are processed and prepared for shipment the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the next business day.

Processing Time: 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping Time: 8–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

3. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your email so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
4. Who pays for return shipping?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@hideculture.com. We will cover the full cost of return shipping, and there will be no hidden charges.

5. How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
