1. Order Received

Once your order is placed, you will receive an instant confirmation email that includes:

  • Your order number and summary

  • Estimated production and shipping timeline: Production: 3–5 business days, Shipping: 5–8 business days within the U.S.

  • Contact information for order modifications: support@hideculture.com

2. Production & Quality Check (Day 1–3)

At our production facility, each jacket undergoes a detailed quality inspection process to ensure premium standards:

  • Seams, zippers, and hardware are tested for durability

  • Final pressing and finishing ensure a polished appearance

  • Any item that does not meet quality standards is remade immediately

Each jacket is carefully packaged with:

  • A branded dust bag

  • A personal thank-you note from our team

3. Shipping (Day 3–5)

We provide free shipping across the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers, UPS and USPS. Full tracking information is sent via email once your order is dispatched.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday)

4. Important Customer Notes

  • Each jacket is carefully made to order; expedited production is not available

  • During peak seasons (November–January), please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing
