Returns Eligibility:

  • We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • As our jackets are made-to-order, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items unless otherwise approved by our team.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return:

  1. Email support@hideculture.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Ship the item to our U.S. return address (provided in the email).

  3. Include the original invoice or order number inside the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@hideculture.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the issue, and our team will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
